We took this information and challenged our engineering department to create a better ladder. Cut the ladder on site to the required height. When not in use they fold up for a flush fit with the ceiling surface. Access roofs commercial attics and mezzanines from inside with these ceiling mount ladders.

Gas springs make it easy to open and close the ladder. Utilizes specialized mounting brackets that enable the ladder to retract flat against the wall. The commercial roof access ladders are ideally suited for areas where primary access to varying rooftop levels is required.

Non marking rubber feet secure the bottom of the ladder with protective rubber plugs on top. Traditional commercially available roof access ladders typically require field fabrication which results in slower and more costly labor charges.
